Trapped in a time loop, space traveler Egon Tichy faces his own worst enemy… himself. And he’s multiplying.

In this inventive fusion of live performance and digital sleight-of-hand, a single performer builds a cinematic sci-fi comedy in real time — transforming an 8’ × 4’ white box into a cosmic madhouse. Inspired by Theater in Quarantine’s 2020 streaming hit, and New York Times Critic's Pick, this reimagined 7th Voyage expands the original digital work into an in-person cinematic experience — a slapstick adventure that becomes a poignant meditation on the tug-of-war between the versions of ourselves we can never escape.

The 7th Voyage of Egon Tichy was presented as part of the 2025 Under the Radar Festival by Sinking Ship Productions & Theater in Quarantine in associated with New York Theatre Workshop & Lucille Lortel Theatre. It has previously been presented at the 2024 Under the Radar UFO Work in Progress Series. The 7th Voyage continues to tour and is available for bookings.
